The Ogden Comprehensive Plan didn’t go into a lot of detail regarding downtown Spencerport. There’s going to be a new building in downtown Spencerport! That’s amazing! There’s a new business across the street from the construction. That’s great! Perhaps the village should start a Spencerport Business Association. Spencerport has a lot of promise!
