The first new business to start in 2022 was Retro Traders in Spencerport Hots Plaza. You can buy, sell, or trade items at this store. The next two new businesses to start were Brushed Hair Salon and West Ridge Wine and Spirits. You can find Brushed in Spencer’s Landing and the liquor store is on Ridge Road headed toward Brockport. There was a ribbon cutting on October 12^th at Chef’s Party House which used to be the Plantation Party House. It’s good to see that the public will continue to have the opportunity to throw parties in Spencerport. Besides Chef’s Party House, there were two other businesses that changed owners and changed the name of their business. Buckman’s Car Wash became Splash and a construction crew has been working throughout the Fall and Winter to get the new car wash looking great. The A Plus gas station became 7-11, but other than changing the name, there was really no changes to the popular gas station. On the main drag, two new businesses opened up in the summer time. On the west side on Union Street, Brothers In Arms opened up July 1^st and they sell Pokemon cards and other cards too and they have tables set up in the back to play these card games and other games too. Across the street, a physical therapist has a new space that people can go to called Retrieve. In December, Fetch, a new take out joint opened up next to Brindle Haus. You can actually order food inside Brindle Haus and Fetch brings the food over to you. These two establishments have the same owners. Last but not least, among the ten new businesses that started in 2022, Main Line Plumbing opened up an office in the State Farm Plaza.
